1. Company Purpose and Commitment

Our company recognizes the value of diversity, inclusion, and gender equality as fundamental elements for internal growth, employee wellbeing, and the success of the business. With this document, Management formalizes its commitment to creating a work environment that is inclusive, collaborative, and entirely free from discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, or marital status.

2. Operating Principles and Guidelines

To ensure the concrete application of gender equality in day-to-day activities, the company adopts the following simplified courses of action:

  • Recruitment: Job postings and selection processes are structured in a neutral manner, based exclusively on technical skills, professional attitude, and experience, ensuring equal access for all candidates regardless of gender.
  • Pay Equity: For equal contractual level, role, working hours, and responsibilities, the company guarantees full equality of economic treatment, actively countering the gender pay gap.
  • Opportunity and Career Growth: The assignment of duties, promotions, and professional development follow objective and merit-based criteria, offering all staff the same opportunities for growth.
  • Protection of Parenthood and Flexibility: The company supports the balance between private and professional life (work-life balance). It is committed to facilitating the return to work after maternity or paternity leave through practical flexibility measures (e.g., flexible working hours or the option of remote/smart working where compatible with the role).
  • Internal Culture and Language: The use of inclusive and respectful language in daily communication is promoted, with a strict ban on jokes, stereotypes, or behavior that could harm the dignity of individuals.
  • Zero Tolerance for Harassment and Discrimination: The company does not tolerate any form of verbal, physical, or digital harassment. Anyone who experiences or witnesses discriminatory behavior may report it directly to the Internal Officer for Gender Equality, with a guarantee of the strictest confidentiality and no risk of retaliation.
3. Monitoring and Responsibility

Management formally appoints Mr. Paolo Carletto as Internal Officer for Gender Equality. The Officer is responsible for:

  1. Verifying compliance with the principles set out in this Policy.
  2. Collecting any internal reports.
  3. Proposing small improvement or training initiatives for staff.

This Policy is shared with all employed staff, displayed on company premises, and made available for inspection by certification bodies.
